Numatic International Ltd. are located in Chard in the South West of England. The company employs over 600 people.
Using six-axis robotic assembly, twenty six automated injection moulding machines and 15 additional robots produce the principal components. Larger tanks and containers are rotation moulded on a continuously operating, massive, four arm carousel. Sophisticated robotic welding, computer guided laser cutting, and many other state of the art operations contribute to the high standards of finishing.
The whole process is co-ordinated by a skilled and flexible workforce with a rigid quality assurance scheme in line with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 ensuring that all finished machines undergo rigorous inspection with identification by serial number.
